Background on Streets

Streets was founded in July of 2022 at the outdoor Windham basketball courts. Streets earned its name due to the beginning of every hooper's journey where worn Jordan's meet the cracked pavement. Where memories are made through pickup games from aggressive to fun play. Streets mission is to raise money for local and national charities. Since 2022, Streets has raised over $9,500 through six tournaments and is quickly rising to become national as a tournament. With each tournament held, Streets also helps to fund-raise money to build and renovate basketball courts in impoverished areas to create an area for kids with troubled home lives to escape and work on their dreams. Streets Charity Basketball also aims to purchase NBA game tickets, shoes, and apparel for kids across the world who may be struggling financially, physically, or mentally.
